This Privacy Policy explains how NeuralStack.io (“NeuralStack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our app and website.
We designed NeuralStack to respect your privacy by default.
1) Summary
- We do not collect personal information to operate the app.
- Creating an optional account is purely for access and product notifications; we store only your email address to permit facilitate sign-in and cross-platform subscription access.
- Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google provides us only your email (unless you select Apple’s Hide My Email) and a secure, randomized authentication token. When using
Apple or Google Sign-In you are interacting directly with their platform and your encyrpted credentials never pass through the app and are never accessible to the app. Only Apple or Google receive your
encrypted password. Following a successful sign-in, Apple or Google will send this app a randomized token indicating that you have been authenticated with their system.
- We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
2) Information We Collect
By default: we do not collect personal information.
If you create an account (optional): we collect and store your email address to authenticate you and to send important service-related messages (e.g., account access, critical product notices). No other personal data is required.
3) Sign In with Apple / Google
- Apple: we receive either your email address or Apple’s relay email if you choose Hide My Email, plus a secure, randomized user identifier. No other Apple profile data is shared with us.
- Google: we receive your email address and a secure user identifier. No other Google profile data is shared with us.
4) How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your login and provide access to purchased or subscriber-only features.
- Send important product notifications (e.g., security, service changes). We do not send marketing emails without consent.
- Protect our services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5) What We Don’t Do
- No sale, rental, or sharing of personal information for ads.
- No collection of contacts, photos, precise location, or health data.
- No third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
6) Data Retention
For optional accounts, we retain your email address for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
7) Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices) to protect account information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.
8) Your Choices
- Use without an account: Creating an account is optional and saves your custom Stacks and Programs to the Cloud. It is also used to allow you to sign in on different platforms and recover your subscription. All other app features work without an account.
- Delete account: Canceling your subscription will delete your account at the end of your last subscription period.
9) International Users
Our services are operated from the United States. If you use NeuralStack from other regions, you understand that your email (if an account is created) may be processed in the U.S. where privacy laws may differ.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will post the updated date at the top and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
